Security Design/ CPTED

Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) encourages the proper design and effective use of the physical environment to not only achieve a more productive use of space but also to achieve a reduction of crime.

Our firm has two Certified CPTED Practitioners who specialize in the design and planning of safe, secure, and accessible buildings using the methodology of CPTED.

Building Forensics

A building owner who notices anything out of the ordinary in their building could need building forensics services. These services allow for the gathering, testing, examining and evaluating conditions both current and past in order to understand what lies beneath the surface.
